During the opening program of NIA-IA Day on August 12, 2024, at the Grand Regal Hotel, Davao City, an awarding ceremony was conducted to recognize the Outstanding Irrigators Associations of Region XI for Calendar Year (CY) 2023. The event also included the re-awarding of the National Outstanding Irrigators Associations Winner for CY 2023, which was officially awarded during NIA’s 61st Anniversary Culminating Activity at the NIA Central Office on June 21, 2024. |
