NIA XI held a regionwide training intervention on Leading and Managing Change on September 28-29, 2023, at the region's Mindanao Training Center, Bolton St., Davao City. Regional Manager Jimmy L. Apostol led the participants composed of the Division Managers, Section and Unit heads of the whole region. Imparting their knowledge and insights were the resource persons from the University of Southeastern Philippines, Dr. Edeliza S. Gonzales and Dr. Aristeo C. Salapa. |

September 27, 2023 - The NIA XI Davao Oriental IMO supports the Bureau of Fishery and Aquatic Resources' Cash for Work Tree Planting and Fish Nesting, an activity under the "Balik Sigla sa Ilog at Lawa Program". With the San Isidro-Dapnan-San Victor Irrigators Association (SAIDAVI IA) as the cash recipients, farmers set off to San Victor, Baganga to plant fruit-bearing trees such as durian, rambutan, and lanzones; while visiting a fish farm to propagate tilapia. The activity is also in collaboration with the Municipal Agricultural Office of Baganga. |
